Timer for self-guiding
If you prefer to self-guide, and fast track your progress with meditation, there is a Timer. Simply select the length of meditation, and how frequently you’d like the interval bell to sound.
A choice of background sounds
Whether guided or self-guided, select a background from silence to nature sounds to binaural beats to gregorian chant. Whatever your preference, there is a sound for you. And it also comes with its own independent volume control.
