Our objective is to help you improve your life to be the best it can possibly be!

Meditation & Mindfulness is a free and easy-to-use app for both guided and non-guided meditations, and a choice of background sounds with their own volume control.

A variety of guided meditations

There is a meditation to suit everybody and every time, including body scans, open-awareness, loving-kindness, anxiety, chronic pain, gratitude, sleep and more. Some of the science behind meditation is also explained in the Big Meditation.

Timer for self-guiding

If you prefer non-guided, and fast track your progress with meditation, there is a Timer.  Simply select the length of meditation, and how frequently you’d like the interval bell to sound.

A choice of background sounds

Whether guided or non-guided, select a background from silence to nature sounds to binaural beats to gregorian chant.  Whatever your preference, there is a sound for you.  And it also comes with its own independent volume control.

Mindful Alert

Set a random gong to sound to help develop mindfulness and happiness. When it sounds, check in with yourself. If you’re not thinking positively, try to reframe and find the positives in the situation.
